Mark Knight : Nothing Matters (CaPa Remix)

After first listening to the “Nothing Matters” EP at the end of July,  I made up my mind that the original mix was the winner on this release, and decidedly passed over the additional remixes packaged with it. But after hearing consistent plays of this from Tiesto, Armin van Buuren and Marcus Schossow in their radio shows over the past few weeks, I was forced to reconsider my decision.

The remix of “Nothing Matters” produced by CaPa is a jaw dropping, updated club and big room track with a darker progressive sound . The Swedish producer has a background in multiple genres, including trance, electro and the house style that has made Toolroom the successful Ibiza vehicle that it is. Out on Mark Knight‘s own Toolroom Records, this remix strays a bit away from the generally groovy house and tech house Ibiza vibe that the label normally produces and heads into . CaPa combines the almost melancholy vocals from Skin with minor-keyed synths to produce something that is both emotional and is bound to fill up dancefloors.
